The clinic has a new Asclepion QuadroStarPRO yellow vascular laser for treating superficial facial vessels and vascular tumours, a fractional CO2 laser for treating benign skin lesions, scars and age-related skin changes, an nd:YAG laser for treating leg veins, and a Candela GentleLase alexandrite laser for laser hair removal performed by a nurse. The clinic also has a Q-switched KTP/nd:YAG laser for tattoo removal performed by a nurse.

Dermatologist Joel Björkman
Dermatologist Joel Björkman is responsible for Mehiläinen Joensuu’s laser treatment services. A consultation visit is usually required before laser treatment, but minor procedures can often be performed already at the first visit.
